Yoga that caters to the awakened soul through good, soulful music. A mix of R&B hits and 90’s nostalgia. 60 minutes of deep 2nd limb focus –self observation. You will take a deep dive into your soul & practice by combining weights, breath and movement to increase endurance, flexibility and strength all while staring at yourself in a mirror.
